Frequently Asked Questions

What leaders want to know — before they reach out.

Do you deliver keynotes internationally?

Yes. I deliver keynotes on effective leadership in the age of AI at conferences, management offsites, and corporate events worldwide. Topics include the evolving role of leadership as AI reshapes organizations, the seven mindset shifts leaders must make, and how to build AI fluency across leadership teams. Recent engagements include the ATD Asia Pacific Conference 2025 in Taipei. All presentations are tailored to your audience. I work in English and German. Keynotes are often the starting point for deeper engagements.

How do you help organizations navigate AI-driven transformation?

I work at the intersection of leadership and AI — not on the technology side, but on the human side. My approach is grounded in Peter F. Drucker's five tasks of effective management, updated for the AI era. This means helping leaders set direction, make better decisions, develop their people, and build organizational capability — with AI as a tool, not a replacement. The starting point is always your business context.

What sets your European approach apart?

I operate according to European values: transparency, data sovereignty, and human-centered AI. My tech stack prioritizes European providers. All AI-powered tools, including Leader's Sidekicks®, run on EU infrastructure and are GDPR and EU AI Act compliant. For international companies, this is not just compliance — it is a trust advantage with employees and clients across regions. The specific data protection and compliance requirements are discussed and adapted individually with each client.

What is your experience with international leadership teams?

Over 25 years, I have worked with leadership teams across Europe, Asia, and the US — primarily at C-suite and senior executive level. My focus is on top team effectiveness: strategic alignment, shared leadership philosophy, and decision-making at the highest level. AI adds a new dimension here — it enables faster, more informed decisions across time zones and helps leaders maintain alignment without constant physical presence. For globally operating organizations, I help build the leadership framework that connects headquarters with regional teams — so that local leaders can act autonomously within a shared direction.

How does a collaboration typically begin?

With a 30-minute virtual conversation. You share your context — your company, leadership challenges, and goals. I share initial thoughts on how I might help. No commitment, no pitch. From there, I develop a tailored proposal based on your business needs and budget. Many collaborations start with a keynote or a focused workshop and grow from there.
